Heather & Pat’s Wedding – Lake Placid, NY
Congratulations to Heather & Pat on their new marriage! Chris and I had the honor of capturing their special day yesterday at the Comfort Inn in Lake Placid. The snow was really coming down, so we couldn’t get any scenic shots of the Adirondacks. But, Main Street in Placid served as a great plan B!
The veil-like pictures were actually not taken with the bride’s veil (as that detail was accidently omitted in their day); we captured these using the veil-like material that was hanging from the arch they were married under. As for the little girl (the best man’s daughter), she was quite the dancer, so I just HAD to put this shot up on the blog- very blog-worthy!
To all our faithful blog-readers: we are leaving EARLY tomorrow morning for a 10-day trip to California to visit family and just chill. We will try to update the blog with shots from the vacation, but I will not be able to check my email very often (nor will I be glued to my cell phone). We will be back! ;-)
