There is something so special about walking into my clients’ homes, even if it is the first time. Often I am greeted with a hug for one of the younger members of the family, though I never expect it. This little toddler was no exception. She was so excited to have this Philadelphia baby photographer come into her home to capture their first family portraits as a family of four. I had so much fun with this family. Their session was right before Thanksgiving, and while I expected chilly weather with rain and overcast skies, we actually had a pleasant day. We started inside their home for some natural, lifestyle family portraits, and then we moved outside to the street in front of their home. But… not before, Miss Dottie took out her camera to show me her skills first.
I really hope this set of family and baby portraits brings as much joy to you as it brought to me. I still smile when I look at them. And seriously, I love Dottie’s pineapple walls and green bed. Such a fun room for a fun girl! I am sure her baby sister will have lots of fun with her very soon. Happy viewing, friends!
In case you can’t tell, I could photograph this sweetie ALL DAY.
Their final product was an 8×10″ luxe linen heirloom album that will tell this chapter of their life for years to come. I love the way their album turned out!
The 2018 portrait season is finally getting going, over a LOOOONG winter, and I truly can’t wait to see all of my old clients and meet many new ones. My schedule is filling up, so please, don’t wait too long to pick your preferred date and time.
